Deleting from inside the app (recommended)

1. Open the app and sign in.

2. Go to the Profile tab.

3. Tap Delete My Account at the bottom.

4. Enter the verification code sent to your phone.

(Skipped if you signed in with Google and have no phone number on file.)

5. Type HESABIMI SİLMEK İSTİYORUM in the confirmation box.

6. Tap Permanently Delete My Account.

Deletion happens immediately. There is no waiting period and no

cancellation window.

If you cannot access the app

If you cannot sign in, send a request to [email protected] from the

phone number or e-mail address registered on your account. After we verify your

identity, your request is completed within 30 days at the latest

(Law No. 6698, Article 13).

Data that is deleted

When your account is deleted the following are permanently removed:

• First name, last name, profile photo
• E-mail address and phone number
• Turkish national ID number, tax number
• ID document images
• Location data and the field boundaries you drew
• Field logs, satellite analyses, soil and laboratory records
• AI advisor conversation history
• Photos you uploaded for disease detection
• Your direct and group messages
• Your community posts and replies
• Your marketplace, rental, wanted and job adverts
• Your friend connections and ratings
• All your sessions (you are signed out on every device)

Records kept in anonymised form

The following cannot be deleted, because retaining them is a legal

obligation:

In these records **your name, phone number, ID number and all other identifying

information are removed.** Only a reference number that cannot be linked back to

you remains. When the retention period ends these records are destroyed too.

Keeping work agreement and timesheet records is in your favour: if a wage claim

arises from past work, the record of the days you worked is in that table.

What happens afterwards

• You can register again with the same phone number; a new, empty account is

created.

• Data from your old account is not transferred to the new one and cannot be

recovered.

• If you have an active Pro subscription, deleting your account does not

cancel it. You must cancel separately from your App Store or Google Play

account settings — store subscriptions can only be managed through the store.

Your rights under Law No. 6698

Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data you have the

right to learn whether your data is processed, to request its correction,

erasure or destruction, and to request that these operations be notified to

third parties to whom the data was transferred.
